About the Role:
We’re looking for a BTL / Event Executive to join our team on-site in Sofia. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life and making sure every detail runs smoothly, this role is for you. You’ll lead and support the planning and execution of BTL campaigns and events.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Coordinating with internal teams and partners
• Managing timelines, budgets, and operations
• Overseeing on-site execution to ensure everything looks and feels right
• Tracking performance and evaluating event results
• Bringing fresh ideas to elevate brand experiences
What You Bring:
• Solid organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset
• Ability to stay focused under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-driven approach and high-quality standards
• Comfort working with different teams and adapting to changing needs
• Experience in events or BTL marketing is a plus
• Driving license
